Spelt is a grain. Protein was spelled incorrectly. Anyway 2 years later does it really matter? No. Very helpful info, thank you Emra.

It's "spelled" or "spelt", in the UK it's generally "spelt", in the US it's always "spelled". 2 months on, it matters to me!

Thank you so much for this list, its amazing, I managed to lose weight 10yrs ago using this diet when a friend gave me a book, and haven't been able to get another one since.

Typical that some petty minded person can only comment on a wrong spelling and not thank the person for taking the enormous amount of time and effort it must have done to produce such and extensive and HELPFUL list . . . some people need to get a life!!
