Slimming World - Spinach and Garlic Dip

227g fresh spinach leaves
2 garlic cloves, crushed
3 spring onions, chopped
113g very low fat natural fromage frais
1 tsp lemon juice
salt and freshly ground black pepper


1. Cook spinach in a pan of water over low heat, until the spinach wilts and leaves turn bright green.

2. Drain spinach in a colander, squeezing out any excess moisture. Place the drained spinach, garlic and onions in a food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and stir in the fromage frais and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
