Slimming World - Berry Porridge

If using healthy extras


113g frozen mixed berries
28g porridge oats
170ml milk from daily allowance, or water, or a mix of the two
2 tbsp very low fat natural yogurt


1. Thaw berries.

2. Place oats in a small pan and pour in the milk or water. Bring to the boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 3-4 minutes. Stir frequently to ensure it doesn't stick to the pan.

3.. Spoon the porridge into a bowl, stir through the yogurt and top with the berries and any thawed juice.

4. Enjoy!
